Cable Stripper These strippers will remove the inner covering of both the light and interconnection cables. The outer covering can be removed by carefully cutting around its periphery with a sharp craft knife and pulling it away from the main cable

Ferrule Crimper This tool can be used to crimp ferrules over twisted bare conductors.

Hot Air Gun A hot air gun is used to shrink sleeving over the crimped bare conductors prior to encapsulation.

Encapsulation Systems We offer two encapsulation systems, a standard package which is ideal for single installations and a large system for those carrying out installations on a regular basis. Small Encapsulating System This consists of a hand dispenser, two pack encapsulant and a mixing nozzle. Each two pack container has sufficient product to fill between 3 and 4 buckets, encapsulation technique is covered in the sub-menu.

Large Encapsulating System The larger system works in exactly the same way as the standard package, however in this case the two pack container has sufficient material to fill up to 20 buckets.
